Yes. Every account begins with 20 GB at no cost and no card. You can use Personal Cloud Drive, file history and Secure Transfer links before deciding whether you need more room.
How are my files protected?
Files are built with encryption in transit and at rest. Archived items are checked against stored checksums, and snapshots in Disaster Recovery are write-protected.
What if I delete something by accident?
Personal Cloud Drive keeps 30 days of file history, so single files and whole folders can be rewound. For bigger incidents, snapshots in Disaster Recovery are taken hourly and kept for 90 days.
Can I share with people who don't have an account?
Yes. Secure Transfer and gallery links work in any browser. You choose an expiry, an optional password and whether originals can be downloaded.
How quickly can I get archived files back?
Cold Archive is tuned for cost, so retrieval typically takes a few hours. The catalogue of file names and dates stays searchable instantly, and an urgent option is available when you cannot wait.
Can I take my files with me if I leave?
Your files are yours. You can download them in bulk at any time, and originals are never recompressed, so what you get back is what you put in.
