What you get
Owner, editor, commenter and viewer cover almost every arrangement. Set them once on a workspace and override them on a single folder when needed.
Pin feedback to a document, image or PDF instead of chasing it through email. Mentions notify the right person and threads close when the work is done.
See who uploaded, renamed, moved or shared what, grouped by day and filterable by person. No log spelunking required.
Invite a client or contractor to one folder with view or comment access. They never see the rest of the workspace, and you can end access in a click.
When someone opens a link they cannot view, they can ask for access from the same screen. Owners approve or decline from a single inbox.
Space is pooled across the workspace, so one person's heavy project does not hit a personal limit while a teammate's quota sits idle.
How it works
Name it after the project or the department, then choose whether new members start as editors or viewers.
Add teammates by email and give outside collaborators access to a single folder rather than the whole space.
Upload, comment and mention. Files keep a full history, so a bad edit is always one click from undone.
Open the activity feed to see what moved this week, then archive finished projects to keep the workspace calm.

Owners can change any role. Editors can invite and manage members only if an owner has allowed it in the workspace settings.
Yes. Deletions are listed with who removed the item and when, and the file can be restored from history for as long as the retention window allows.
